Mid-Carolina 2026 Annual Meeting – Join Us in April!
We’re excited to announce that our 2026 Annual Meeting will be held in April!
Members can participate through convenient drive-thru registration and voting at two locations on Saturday, April 11, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., giving you the ability to register and vote quickly and easily without leaving your vehicle.
Simply bring your registration card from the March issue of South Carolina Living magazine.
Drive-Thru Registration & Voting Locations – Saturday, April 11
- Beechwood Middle School – 1340 Highway 378, Lexington
- Chapin Middle School – 11661 Broad River Road, Chapin
Additional Drive-Thru Registration & Voting Opportunity
Drive-Thru Registration and Voting will also be available at the Lexington Office and Dutch Fork Office on Friday, April 17, from 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Members are encouraged to attend the Saturday, April 11 event to help avoid potential traffic delays.
Virtual Business Meeting
Friday, April 17 at 5:30 p.m.
The business meeting will be streamed online at www.mcecoop.com. Visit the homepage and click the business meeting link to watch from anywhere.

Members who register and vote at any drive-thru location will automatically be entered into all prize drawings. Winners will be randomly selected by computer and announced during the virtual business meeting. Bill credits will be applied directly to member accounts, and physical prize winners will be contacted to arrange delivery.
