Bylaws
Mid-Carolina Electric Cooperative operates in accordance with our corporate bylaws. These govern how we do business and serve our members. You agree to these bylaws when you become a member and accept service from Mid-Carolina.
MCEC offices will be closed Monday, Sept. 7, in observance of Labor Day.
