New Hours and Retail Payment Locations Starting May 13

Mid-Carolina is always looking for ways to make life better for members. Beginning May 13, we’ll offer new ways to pay your bill — through participating retail locations and with adjusted hours for Mid-Carolina in-office payments. We’ll open our locations earlier each weekday and stay later Monday through Thursday.

Office and Drive-Thru Hours
7:30 am – 5:30 pm, Monday – Thursday
7:30 am – 11:30 am, Friday

7:30 am – 7:00 pm, Monday – Thursday
7:30 am – 11:30 am, Friday

Pay In-Store with Cash

Paying your monthly power bill just got even more convenient. Beginning May 13, we’ll accept cash payments through participating retail stores. That means you can pay your bill in these locations any time they’re open, including nights and weekends, and your payment is posted in real time to your account.

It’s simple.

1. Take your power bill with you when you shop. Or log into your SmartHub account and easily find your Pay by Cash barcode from your phone.
2. Scan the barcode at checkout.
3. Pay your Mid-Carolina bill with cash, along with a $1.50 retail convenience fee.
