Millen Joins MCEC as VP, HR

Fred Millen has joined Mid-Carolina Electric Cooperative as Vice President, Human Resources. Millen replaces Linda Spence who is retiring after 32 years.

A graduate of Columbia International University Millen has 18 years experience in human resources. He is a certified Senior Professional of Human Resources and a member of the Columbia Society of Human Resource Managers and National Society of Human Resource Managers.

Millen manages the Cooperative's staffing, compensation and benefits, training, affirmative action, employee communication and recognition programs, and employment policy development.
